How to fund your account

Log in to your dashboard and open the Funds tab.
Choose Deposit Funds, select the account and the payment method.
Send the amount to the address shown (or follow the bank instructions). Include the network fee so the full amount arrives.
Your balance is credited automatically once the network confirms, usually within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals

How to withdraw

Open the Funds tab and choose Withdraw Funds.
Select the method and enter the amount and your verified wallet address or bank account.
Confirm the request with your withdrawal code (and membership card if your account requires it).
Requests are processed the same day. Crypto settles after blockchain confirmation; banks may take 1 to 3 business days.
